In-Office Dental Plan

We have created an In-Office Dental Plan specifically for our valued patients. This plan allows you to maintain excellent dental health in an affordable manner.

 

       With the MFDA IO Dental Plan you will receive:

 Two dental cleanings per year with our thorough and meticulous Registered Dental Hygienists

                         Two oral exams per year with Dr. Trager or Dr. Rebhun

                         A set of annual cavity detection x-rays to find small problems before they get bigger

                          **In addition, our plan extends discounts of 10% – 15% to the participating      

                              patients for treatment recommended by Dr. Trager and Dr. Rebhun **

 

                         This fantastic new Private In-Office Plan is offered at the low fee of

                                                     $299 per 12 month period.

       With the MFDA NEW PATIENT PIO Plan you will receive:

              Initial Comprehensive New Patient Examination with Dr. Trager or Dr. Rebhun

                                         and a Complete set of Radiographs

               Two dental cleanings per year with our meticulous dental hygienists                                                                    

            A 2^nd comprehensiveoral examiniation at the time of your 2^nd dental cleaning visit.

                     patients for treatment recommended by Dr. Trager and Dr. Rebhun ** *

             This fantastic new Private In-Office New Patient Plan is offered at the low fee of

                                                 $399 per 12 month period.

         *Subsequent yearly In-office Dental Plans will be $ 299 per 12 month period.*
